    Improved Sleep

    The capsules are easy going on the stomach and don't leave any aftertaste. They definitely help you drop off and also stay asleep a bit longer which is my main thing as I normally wake too early. Definitely effective.

    Easy to take and helped my joint pain

    Good stuff

    I really struggle to drop off at night and awake frequently at various hours.

    I think these tablets do help me drop off a bit quicker and lower the amount of times I wake in the night.

    I definitely feel drowsier and feel like it's easier to go to sleep but they aren't a magic bullet and I rarely sleep through 7-8 hours without waking a couple of times.

    I take a tablet about 20 mins before I go to sleep....they are big old things - not the easiest to swallow!
