When should I take HUX Superfoods?

We recommended consuming our HUX Superfoods first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and leaving a one hour gap before having your morning coffee (if possible). We know that is easier said than done for some. The reason for this is that caffeine has been shown to be quite unhelpful in three ways: - Reduces absorption, especially of vitamin C, vitamin D and iron- Increases excretion - especially magnesium and calcium- Interferes with the actions of Vitamin A

Yes our superfood products are 100% vegan. They're also non-GMO and gluten-free.

Is the Superfood Blend a meal replacement?

No, our products are created as a supplement to your daily meal in-take. However with 81 calories per serving it does fill a hole if you're the sort of person that tends to miss breakfast.

Do HUX Superfood Blends contain any caffeine?

There's only a marginal amount of caffeine (17.5 mg) in each serving. This comes from the green tea extract included in the blend. Up to 300 mg of caffeine a day is widely considered to be safe if breastfeeding.

Our Superfood Blends contain ingredients specifically aimed at supporting gut health; Speciically Iron (gastrointestinal processes), Papain (helps reduce inflammation and swelling), Kale (a good source of calcium that promotes gut health), Actazin (for bowl regularity) and Bacillus Coagulans (a probiotic that helps your stomach with stand high levels of acid).

Does the Superfoods blend take care of all my daily vitamin needs?

Our Superfood blends contain Vitamins A (100% RDA), B12 (30% RDA), C (625% RDA), Vitamin D (500%) and Magnesium (67%). You should still take anything you believe is relevant to you if you need stronger doses than what is in our products.

Quite simply we know it's hard to keep something going every day. We've all got busy lives (work, kids, travel, life). Take HUX when you can, ideally 20 days out of 30. That way when your next tub arrives you'll be ready for it. Want to take it everyday? Just head over to 'Manage your Subscriptions' and update the frequency to 'every 3 weeks'.
