        Love the variety

I started taking electrolytes to help with dizziness from POTS. I usually have salt and lime in water but that can be acidic or boring all the time so I like the variety of flavours. I was wary about disliking watermelon or the ginger but these are lightly flavoured so not overpowering.

I would love a herby basil mint flavour or peach.

Hard to gauge how helpful they are until I've had a few months course
